Navigating the Social Sphere: Sidestep's Venture into Social Media

Updated: Jan 27

Greetings, fellow travelers!

In this brief post, we dive into Sidestep's exploration of the vast realm of social media. As the development of Circle Of Ruin unfolds, I've come to recognize the pivotal role a robust social presence plays in the journey of game development.

To be transparent, stepping into the realm of social media is a novel experience for me. Historically, I've been somewhat of an online recluse. Yet, as I tread down this uncharted path, I acknowledge a slight learning curve in terms of when, where, and how to share updates. Much like my ventures into level design, game development, and entrepreneurship, I wholeheartedly embrace the challenge of elevating my social media game. Learning has always been a source of joy for me, and just as new tools and tech enhance my ability to craft immersive environments, diving into social media promises a fresh way to connect with players.

With this foray into the social landscape, my goal is to illuminate both Sidestep and Circle Of Ruin. I aim to establish a space where enthusiasts of either or both can discover a wealth of information. It's my hope that, over time, this endeavor transforms into a supportive community—one that witnesses the highs and lows, experiencing the birthing of dreams firsthand.

Thank you for joining me on this exciting journey, where every interaction contributes to the evolving tale of Sidestep and Circle Of Ruin.
